F1 25 PC Performance Review and Optimisation Guide

CPU and Memory Performance

CPU and Memory Performance

While F1 25 can be CPU-limited, most gamers will find that their systems will run into the limits of the graphics cards long before the limits of their processors. With our i9-13900K CPU, we disabled all but four cores, and our framerates barely dropped at 1080p with an RTX 4070 Ti. The same applies to memory performance.

F1 25 is a game that isn’t overly taxing on modern CPUs. All modern gaming systems should have a CPU that’s capable of running this game at 60 FPS. That’s great news for users of older systems. That said, those who target framerates well above 100 FPS may wish that this game were more multi-threaded. That said, we could easily get F1 25 running with average framerates of over 150 FPS with the right settings.
