For Honor Closed Beta PC Performance Review
4K Screenshot Graphical ComparisonÂ
In the game’s online mode For Honor does a great job at providing all necessary details at lower settings, with no draw distance limits and no in-game advantage or disadvantage being present due to differences in graphical settings. Â
Moving up to higher settings certainly delivers much more satisfying visuals, with sharper shadows, greater texture detail on enemies and a lot of extra details in the environment and other in-game objects. These are certainly not the best visuals that we have ever seen in an online game, though it must be remembered that multiplayer maps are designed to offer less visual effects to give players a higher framerate and a steadier multiplayer experience.Â
At Extreme settings, we see that fires start producing a lot more visible smoke and higher fidelity foliage in the distant trees and nearby bushes.Â
