4K Screenshot Graphical Comparison

Moving from low to Extreme settings we can see a huge visual improvement in For Honor, with a lot of environmental details like grass and distant shadows making the game much more realistic, delivering a more authentic interpretation of a medieval citadel.

Moving up the graphical settings we see that the environment becomes much more detailed, with additional details being added to the terrain, more realistic shadows appearing in the environment and textures seeing a major improvement in visual quality.

Texture wise the game will lower the quality of enemy soldier at lower settings and drastically decrease the detail of chainmail and all fabrics when viewed up close. At higher settings, foliage gains additional shadows and distant shadows only becoming sharp at Extreme settings, making Extreme shadow detail be a worthwhile visual upgrade for most players.
