Hitman 3 PC Performance Review and Optimisation Guide

Graphics Options & System Requirements

Hitman 3 is a cross-generation title, arriving on PC, Stadia, Switch (via streaming), Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and Xbox Series systems. As such, Hitman 3 is designed to run on modern PC hardware and PCs from as far back as 2013. Hitman 3 can scale from high-end to low-end systems with ease, though it is worth noting that lower-end PCs should target lower framerates than more modern systems.

Graphical Settings

Like its predecessors, Hitman 3 supports a wide range of graphical options both inside and outside of the game. Unlike its predecessors, Hitman 3 supports DirectX 12 exclusively, which means that the game lacks a DirectX 11 option. IO Interactive focuses exclusively on modern graphical APIs, which means that PC games have to play this game on Windows 10-based systems.

Within Hitman 3, three benchmark scenes are included at launch, with scripted benchmarks from Hitman 3’s Dubai and England locations and an interactive benchmark where players can place more strain on their hardware than most gameplay sequences.
