1440p Performance

At 1440p we can see that none of the GPUs that we have tested was able to achieve a solid 60FPS, showcasing exactly how demanding this game can be when the weather is harsh and the vehicle count is high. 

Even so, every GPU on this graph is able to achieve a solid 60FPS with the correct graphical settings, thanks to the scalability that Slightly Mad’s game engine offers. Please look at page 7 to see how scalable the game is at different graphical settings. 

We can also see AMD’s R9 Fury X take a small performance lead over the RX 480, though it is clear that AMD’s old Fiji flagship does not like Project Cars 2.
