It says a lot about this game that even Nvidia’s GTX 1080 cannot achieve minimum framerates of over 30FPS. This beta release is a mess, filled with constant frametime stuttering and completely unable to achieve a steady framerate at any graphical settings. 

Hopefully, CI games will be able to address these issues before the game launches on April 4th, as this kind of performance is simply not acceptable on a modern PC game.
