Like all big pre-built brands CyberPowerPC include all the cables, screws and similar that you’d have if you built it yourself. All of the accessories, none of the faff.
The case is very well packed. Once free from it’s cardboard confines we can see the Lian Li 216 in all its glory. Dominated by those massive intake fans. We’ve seen a lot of cheap cases when builders are trying to hit a budget. Spending a tiny bit extra on a premium case like this really makes a difference in those initial impressions.
Around the back we have a setup that is clearly designed to reduce the amount of RMA calls they get. A massive sticker ensuring it’s impossible to plug in a display cable before you’ve at least acknowledged them.
Unfortunately no matter how careful we were, and we were very careful, there is some residue left. CyberPowerPC need to invest in vinyl stickers. We’d be livid if our new two grand purchase had sticky bits all over our graphics card. This is something we beg Cybperpower to resolve as quickly as possible, something so simple just ruins the overal vibe of what should be a happy moment of setting up a new system.
On the plus side you can see that the MSI MAG Tomahawk B850 is deserving of the plaudits we give it, offering plenty of USB connectivity options.
Like all the big hitters you get the foam packed internals that keep everything where they should be during transit.
And here it is in the flesh. Huge intake and exhaust fans. Lots of venting around the Corsair RM850X thanks to the mesh floor of the Lian Li 216. A big Corsair Nautilus RS in the roof. It’s hard to look away from the Radeon RX 9070 XT in the middle though.
If you like your systems to be stealthy and tire of all the screens and lights that get installed on pumps, you’ll enjoy the simplicity of the Corsair RS Nautilus. No lights or anything at all. Just a tiny badge at the top of the radiator.
You aren’t guaranteed to receive any RX 9070 XT in particular, but we were very pleased to get the XFX one in our review system. They’ve been beavering away even in the years when Radeon were nearly wiped off the face of the planet by Nvidia, so they deserve their reward now AMD are in the sunlit uplands.
As we said above, the AIO is lighting free, so all your RGB is courtesy of the intake fans and Corsair RAM. Nice if you prefer a build that’s less showy than most.
