Gaming Performance

The RTX 4070 isn’t really designed for 4K gaming, but we thought it would be interesting to look at how well the Core i5-14600K performs when you’re more CPU limited in 1080P games, and how well the card and CPU can work together in 4K. We also want to remind you that we’re running at maximum detail settings and with everything turned on that we can. So if DLSS is available it’s turned on in Balanced mode. If we can turn on Ray-Tracing it’s on High. Of particular note is that Cyberpunk 2077s v 2.0 update introduced DLSS 3.5 Ray Reconstruction, and we’ve turned that on here too. So yes, on a RTX 4070 with a Core i5-14600K you can play Cyberpunk 2077 with RT on at 4K and over 60 FPS. Funny how Midnight Suns doesn’t care what resolution you’re running though.
