Wrapping up with the preamble before we get down to business, the Ryzen processors support the Precision Boost Overdrive which can, at the flick of a switch and in 25 MHz increments, overclock the boost speed of your processor by up to 200 MHz. No tweaking needed. All handled behind the scenes by the BIOS. Obviously manually overclocking will always be your best bet, but it’s a good step onto the overclocking ladder for people who are nervous about pushing their new purchase beyond stock.
