It’s been a long while since we’ve seen a new Maximus Formula from ASUS. The last one was the Z690 Formula, but now there is one for the latest chipset in the form of the ASUS ROG Z790 Maximus Formula. This is the first Maximus Formula which supports the 13th Gen Intel CPUs and next gen ones out of the box. It’s also, thankfully, remaining in this colour scheme. Something that is sure to please the boss.

Like the other previews you can see today this is just going to be an overview, because we’re not allowed to tell you too much. By the time you read this ASUS will have revealed all the important details, but we find that writing reviews live is a bit too demanding, so we’re writing this a few days before the reveal.

All of which is a long winded way of saying that we will tell you all we can, but we trust your intelligence to read between the lines in places, or understand we’re also without some of the key information.
