We always group these three tests together because they are so resolutely entwined with the available threads of the machine in question. As always it bears remembering that the i7-8700K isn’t designed – or priced – to go toe to toe with the heaviest hitters in our graphs, but instead to beat out its predecessor the i7-7700K, and this it does handsomely.
