Video encoding is an increasingly large part of all our lives. Whether you’re doing something as complex as making a short film or as simple as just snipping out a particular gameplay highlight or cute thing your pet did, we all need video encoding and the Core i9-9900K is the fastest thing this side of some eye-wateringly pricey CPUs. We’re not saying this 9th Gen model is cheap, but it obviously isn’t i9-7980XE money either.
