CPU Temperatures

When we initially tested the Xeons the temperatures were high enough with even a mild overclock that we were unable to really push the boat out. Indeed a desire to find out how quick they could be led to us sourcing the EK waterloop you see used today. Clearly at stock the cooling here is more than enough to have a quiet system under all scenarios, and only when forcing our hefty overclock through it did you see how much extra cooling is necessary should you be insane enough to want to overclock a monster CPU. The w9-3495X result is much lower than the w9-3475X because the motherboard just wouldn’t stay on long enough to really test its limits.
