It is titles like this that bring the biggest benefit from HDR. The Ubisoft developers have gone all in on giving you tools and tweaks to get the image exactly to your liking. Whatever you may feel about Ubisoft, and who doesn’t, there is no doubt that they have fully embraced the HDR idea and implemented it in a manner that we hope to eventually find in all titles. Colours are richer, blacks darker, yet you can still see people hiding in the shadows in a way that would be impossible on a regular panel.
