Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst PC Performance Review

This game used DICE’s Frostbite Engine, the same engine that is used in Star Wars Battlefront. Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst uses the engine equally well and can keep the load spread evenly across all 8 cores on our Intel i7 6700K.

With recent games like Dark Souls 3 and Total War: Warhammer being so heavily reliant on the power of single CPU threads it is refreshing to play a game that knows how to make use of modern multicore CPUs.
