Nvidia RTX 4080 Super Five Card Review
Palit RTX 4080 Super Jetstream
Palit RTX 4080 Super Jetstream
At the opposite end of the size spectrum is the Palit Jetstream. Palit are one of those companies that fly under the radar, but shouldn’t. Their Game Rock cards are as good as any on the market. The Jetstream is more of a card for those on a tighter budget than the Gigabyte and ASUS above.
It’s very much a no frills approach. Three fans, decent heatsink, done.
Look at how much space there is on the right for the through-flow air vent.
Don’t confuse our lack of anything special to say as an indictment of the Palit Jetstream. It’s just that, like the Founders Edition, it’s all very familiar. Sometimes just doing the important things is all that matters. Why pay £200 extra for lighting you don’t see or a screen you’ll never use? You could spend that on a monitor or some games.
Like the other RTX 4080 Supers today the Palit has three DisplayPorts alongside the HDMI. Nice.
Where it really scores is its compact dimensions. A nice change after the enormity of the Gigabyte and ASUS offerings.
