Whilst Dirt 5 is a very arcade orientated title and therefore aimed itself towards smooth, high framerate gameplay rather than eye-candy, the ability to run it at mahoosive resolutions makes it a useful test. As you can see, it cares not which CPU you have, GPU is everything.
