The drivers on modern graphics cards are more willing to cap their performance when you hit thermal limits. This means that, by and large, most cards top out around the 80 degree mark. Power draw is far more important. It is worth noting though that the Sapphire Pulse is a card as cool as it is careful with your energy bill. The most frugal of the RX 9060 XT cards we’ve tested.
