Steelseries 310 Rival and Sensei Review

Steelseries 310 Series - Rival and Sensei

Rival 310 Up Close

The Rival 310 is the right handed mouse of the Steelseries selection. We’ve previously reviewed the Rival 700 and 500 and loved them both, so we know that this particular chassis design is both robust and comfortable for long gaming sessions. The Rival 310 has a long cable and is very light so you have it under control at all times. The placement of the DPI switch is in an easy to reach place without you finding yourself catching it in tense moments.

In keeping with the Rival design that we’ve seen before both sides of the mouse are covered in a very grippy design which would need you to be gaming under a shower in the Amazon rainforest before it would even think about slipping from your grasp. Both the side buttons are large and easy to hit whilst not suffering from the “squidgy” feeling that you might find on lesser switches.
