Battlefield 1 PC Performance Review

Battlefield 1 PC Performance Review

RX 480 VS GTX 1060 – Low, Medium, High and Ultra Settings

When testing the GTX 1060 and RX 480 we decided to test the game using each GPUs with the graphical API that offers the greatest performance. For AAMD’s RX 480 we used DirectX 12 and with Nvidia’s GTX 1060 we decided to use the DirectX 11 API.

Both of these GPUs offer very similar levels of GPU performance, with the GTX 1060 winning in most cases by a small margin. Both GPUs manage an average framerate of over 60FPS at 1440p Ultra settings, making these GPUs ideal for Battlefield 1 for 1440p or high framerate gameplay at lower resolutions or settings.
