Battlefield 1 PC Performance Review

1440p Performance

At 1440p Battlefield 1 is still fairly easy to run at a solid 60FPS when using anything above an RX 480 or a GTX 1060, which is great for those of us who require a steady 60+FPS for online play.

Battlefield 1 is a very pretty game, which makes it all the more pleasing to see us be able to max this game out with modern hardware at high resolutions. Again we see that Nvidia loses performance when running under DirectX 12, while AMD’s GPUs seem to prefer the new API.

It must be remembered that AMD and Nvidia has released no specific drivers for Battlefield 1 yet, so this performance can improve at a later date, though at least for now Battlefield 1 runs impressively well on modern hardware.
