Godfall PC Performance Review and Optimisation Guide

Graphical Preset Scaling  

While Godfall does benefit from higher CPU cores/thread counts, the game is primarily GPU-limited, so we decided to conduct our Preset scaling tests at 4K to judge the game’s relative performance levels. 

Moving from Epic Settings to High generates a notable performance improvement, though it is not enough to deliver 4K 60 FPS gameplay on our RTX 2080 Ti graphics card. Sadly, as detailed on page 3 of this article, moving to Medium or Low settings produces significant graphical downgrades. PC gamers should opt for custom setting before utilising the Godfall’s medium preset.
