Out of the bOX and the Ryzen 5 3400G certainly impresses, with CPU scores around the margin of the well respected Intel Core i7-7700K. While this processor lacks the benefits of AMD’s Zen 2 architecture, it is clear that AMD’s Zen+ design offers some major benefits over AMD’s older Ryzen APUs.
