The Technomancer PC Performance Review

1080p Testing with the GTX 960 and  R9 380

At 1080p The Technomancer performs very similarly on AMD’s R9 380 and Nvidia’s GTX 960, with both GPUs achieving average framerates of over 60 at up to high settings. 

I would advise that players play the game at our “high” settings or at a minimum have the game’s shadow quality set to high. Simply put a lot of the shadows in this game look awful at the games lowest settings, with huge amounts of aliasing which look so bad that I as a gamer would prefer to turn shadows off. 

Moving up to Ultra the game takes a huge performance hit, making the game almost go below 30FPS at times. Gamers will need more powerful hardware in order to play this game at the highest settings at 1080p.
