Lighting

As well as having three lights round the front – which are disappointingly dull and certainly not positioned in an at-a-glance place – the Scimitar has three other lighting areas to customise. With lightness being at a premium in a mouse and so much to light up it’s understandable that the main colours are the ones which are most accurately reproduced. We’re not entirely sure what the rear-facing white light is all about as the side keys are lit anyway. We’d prefer the white one to be either customisable like the rest, or perhaps be switched with the front stage indicator lights.
