Devil May Cry 5 PC Performance Review

Devil May Cry 5 PC Performance Review

4K Performance – Benchmark Results

We needed ot crank Devil May Cry 5 up to 4K to start posing a challenge to the majority of our graphics card lineup, with the Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti taking the game in its stride, staying at 85FPS and over a 4K.

With the right numbers of settings adjustments, everything above a GTX 1070 will be able to play Devil May Cry 5 at 4K 60FPS, but with the data below in mind, we would recommend Nvidia’s GTX 1080 Ti and RTX 2080 for 4K 60 gameplay as well as AMD’s Radeon VII when using the game’s maximum settings.

With the GTX 1080, RTX 2060 and Radeon RX Vega 56, we can achieve 60 FPS at this resolution by activating interlacing, but setting effects quality down to medium and AO to off will also get these graphics cards most of the way there. At higher resolutions, the graphical impact of interlacing is less noticeable, but a downgrade in graphical quality can still be spotted if you are a stickler for detail.
