Dune: Awakening PC Benchmark Performance Review

4K Performance

Dune Awakening at 4K – You will need a beefy GPU for high framerate 4K gameplay

Like in most games, 4K is a demanding resolution for gamers. Performance drops significantly when moving from 1440p to 4K. Thankfully, DLSS and FSR keep both AMD’s RX 7900 XT and Nvidia’s RTX 4070 Ti’s average framerates above 60 FPS. With Frame Generation, these GPUs will deliver a smooth high refresh rate 4K gaming experience, and that experience will only get better with higher-end GPUs.

For lower-end GPUs, gamers will need to lower some graphical settings or use more aggressive versions of FSR or DLSS. Balanced and Performance mode will deliver further framerate increases, though at the cost of image quality.
