Mass Effect Andromeda PC Performance Review

1440p Performance

Moving up to 1440p we can see that the game fails to play at a solid 60+FPS on every GPU that we have tested, though these tests do lack results for Nvidia’s newly released GTX 1080 Ti.

For those that are fine with a console-like 30+ FPS, anything from our RX 480 and above are all suitable GPUs, though fans of steady 60FPS gameplay will need to either use lower graphical settings or consider a hardware upgrade to a GTX 1080 Ti if they want to achieve steady 60FPS gameplay at 1440p.

Those that are looking to squeeze some extra performance out of their GPUs should consider lowering the resolution scale of the game slightly or tinker with graphically intense settings like Ambient Occlusion, shadows and lighting effects.
