At 1440p High Settings, Microsoft Flight Simulator becomes GPU-limited, with our RTX 2080 Ti being our only exception. All graphics cards outside of our RTX 2080 Ti offer average framerates of below 60 FPS, showcasing exactly how demanding Microsoft Flight Simulator is. 

Lower percentile framerates are very low, though these dips are instantaneous and difficult to spot given how little movement there can be on screen on a frame-by-frame basis.
