Windows 10 Meltdown/Spectre Patch Performance Impact Assessment

When looking at the HVEC benchmarks, we can see a small performance difference between the two systems as the workload increased in resolution, but not enough to have any impact on overall work times. It seems that a lot of standard compute workloads are seemingly unaffected by this new patch.
