When we first started using ATTO the difference between the various block sizes was enormous, and now in the world of NVMe storage as soon as you reach the 64K block size the drive is already working at its peak transfer rates. 1.5GB/s at its slowest makes us chuckle, having been brought up on cassette speeds. Sometimes it’s good to remember how far we’ve come.
