One of the biggest joys when visiting a major brand is attaching faces to names, getting to know some of the people we regularly interact with on a more personal level, without business getting in the way of things.

Regulars of the Forums will already know Corsair’s Greybeard (Grey_beard on the Forums), the legendary tech support guru that has helped members of the OC3D community for over four years.

It cannot be understated how helpful this man has been at OC3D and across the web, coming to my aid on more than one occasion.
