Our test Ryzen 9 9900X is a pretty beefy processor. Thankfully all modern motherboards have good power setups, particularly here in the X chipset options. So we’re not worried about sky-high temperatures. However, it’s still good to see how effective each solution is. The 14+2+1 80A SPS option on the Tomahawk has plenty of grunt to keep our Ryzen 9 9900X sated, without reaching temperatures that become troublesome.
