Battlefield V PC Performance Review

R9 380 VS GTX 960 – Is 2GB of VRAM enough anymore?

To cap off out testing, we’d like to try running Battlefield V at over 60FPS on shat could now be considered old hardware, with our R9 380 and GTX 960 offering lowly 2GB frame buffers and levels of compute performance that sill a little above Battlefield V’s minimum GPU requirements.

For Battlefield V we needed to lower the game to 900p Medium settings to achieve 60+ FPS framerates on most occasions, offering a great balance between performance and graphical detail. It is a shame that we cannot achieve these graphical settings and framerates at 1080p, but this is what happens as games continue to become more demanding.
