Forza Horizon 6 PC Performance Tested – 13 GPUs Tested

4K Benchmarks

4K Extreme

Without ray tracing, even with Extreme settings, a large number of GPUs can run Forza Horizon 6 at 60+ FPS at 4K with DLSS/FSR in Quality Mode. Not bad for a modern AAA release.

4K Extreme + RT Preset

With ray tracing enabled, we can see that even Nvidia’s RTX 5080 needs DLSS enabled to achieve 60+ FPS framerates at 4K. For Nvidia’s RTX 3070 Ti, we see a significant performance drop, likely due to VRAM issues. Maxed-out settings at 4K are not suitable for 8GB GPUs.

For AMD’s RX 9070 XT, we can see solid 4K gaming performance. With minor settings tweaks or setting FSR 4.1 to Balanced Mode, 60+ FPS can be achieved at all times.
