4K Screenshot Graphical Comparison

When comparing Very Low settings and higher settings there is a night and day difference in several sections of the way, especially in places where there are multiple sources of illumination (Lamps, windows etc). Here we can see that lights shafts are missing and that there is severe shadow banding in the hallway which can break immersion in a big way.

Moving up to Low settings we can see that the wallpaper textures improve greatly and shadow banding reduces significantly, though the problem still persists until we use medium shadows.

When we move to High settings we can see the addition of complex illumination techniques, particularly around lamps. We also see more complex reflections on floors, furniture and a lot of environmental objects (cutlery, plates and other shiny objects).

Again we can see a minimal difference between out High and Very High settings, with the only major difference being the reduced blur from moving from FXAA + TAA to SMAA.
