1440p Performance – Benchmark Results

At 1440p, we can see Nvidia’s RTX 2080 Ti start to outpace the lower-end graphics cards from AMD and Nvidia, offering us similar average and minimum framerates to our 1080p results. 

Most of the graphics cards that we tested can handle 1440p with ease, with only AMD’s RX 580 achieving an average framerate of less than 60 FPS. In general Nvidia graphics cards are better at running XCOM than their AMD-powered counterparts, aside from AMD’s latest RDNA series chips, which keep up well with Nvidia RTX lineup.
