Storage Speeds
The Velocity R1 has an Intel 760 as the main drive, with an Optane backed data drive. As you can see the speeds are excellent on the OS drive whilst the extra speed Optane provides can turn even a slow old fat mechanical into a proper data mover. It’s like owning a 4TB SSD without the expense. Excellent.
