AIDA64

Whilst AIDA64 might be a synthetic benchmark in the strictest sense, we find it an invaluable way of testing the calculation performance of a system and the raw memory throughput. After all, Rendering, encoding and gaming benchmarks are usually industry standard ones and might be susceptible to driver finagling. AIDA64 is only interested in raw math horsepower.

The Xeons are a tale of two halves, where even this amount of cores cannot overcome the high latency in our memory tests.
