4K Screenshot Graphical Comparison

Like most games, the largest jump in graphical quality can be seen when jumping from low to medium graphical settings. This is especially true for Agents of Mayhem that sees a huge leap in distant graphical detail, the application of HBAO, the addition of a depth of field effect on the distant cityscape and a huge leap in shadow detail.

For the most part, the upgrades to high or Ultra settings mostly has an impact on shadow detail and lighting, with Nvidia PCSS or HFTS shadows blurring some shadow edges for a more realistic look and providing some realistic self-shadowing over foliage. We continue to see the detail of distant geometry improve at higher settings, though this is counteracted somewhat by the use of depth of field on some of this distant geometry.
