ASUS TUF BTF System Build

Final Thoughts and Video

We know that BTF setups are still the new kid on the block. By having the right hardware on hand it’s easier than a regular build.

Certainly if you’ve never built a system before, perhaps because the cables look overwhelming, this is as simple and relaxing as it gets. You can even have fingers like sausages and plug everything in easily. If you’ve built systems before then take a moment to ensure you get your head around it, and you’re good to go. You’ll wonder how you ever put up with the regular way of doing things.

Obviously the aesthetics are the key reason for doing it this way. Everything looks so clean. It’s a joy. With the placement of the headers and cables around the back it’s easy to see if you’ve missed something too. There are no distractions. It’s just you, and a selection of headers. It makes running through your pre-power checklist a doddle. We went into this expecting the sole benefit to be one of aesthetics, but the simplicity of the build was equally impressive. As you saw from our benchmark results you’re not compromising performance either. Lovely.
