AMD Raven Ridge Ryzen 3 2200G and Ryzen 5 2400G Review

AMD Raven Ridge Ryzen 3 2200G and Ryzen 5 2400G Review

AIDA 64

As usual, we will be starting off our array of benchmarks with AIDA 64, where we find that AMD’s Ryzen 3 2200G and 2400G are capable of delivering a notable boost over their last-generation counterparts. While these performance gains are not revelatory, they do add to Ryzen’s value for money, especially when considering the inclusion of an integrated GPU without an increase in MSRP to accompany it.

Strangely we did encounter an issue which prevented AIDA’s PhotoWorxx benchmark from running correctly, preventing us from publishing any scores. This problem is expected to be fixed in AIDA 64’s next iteration.

On the memory side, we can see that both the Ryzen 3 2200G and the Ryzen 5 2400G offer similar performance to their previous generation counterparts when using 3200MHz memory, which was supported out of the box by both CPUs.
