Like most games, 4K is a demanding resolution for Cyberpunk 2077. Only Nvidia’s RTX 4080 and above CPUs achieving 60+ FPS average framerates in Cyberpunk. Thankfully, a few settings tweaks and upscalers like DLSS and FSR make 4K gaming a lot more doable in Cyberpunk 2077.

Upscaling and our optimised settings from earlier in this review make 4K 60+ FPS gameplay possible on a huge variety of GPUs. This includes Nvidia’s RTX 3070 Ti and AMD’s RX 6800.

4K Ultra RT

At 4K, ray tracing can bring even the mightiest GPUs to their knees. Even Nvidia’s mighty RTX 4090 needs DLSS upscaling to achieve 60+ FPS framerates.
